The Hastings and Prince Edward School Board has named the interim Principal at Prince Edward Collegiate in Picton.
Retired Superintendant of Education… David Fox… will take on the duties for September and October of the upcoming school year.
The announcement comes after former P-E-C-I Principal… Ken Manderville… was appointed as a system principal for Student Success at the Education Centre in Belleville.
Fox has been in the education system since 1971 and served various positions until his retirement in 2007.
The board says his appointment will give them an opportunity to complete the search process for a new full-time principal at PECI.
