A Stirling-area woman spent 12-hours roaming in Belleville after walking away from the Psychiatric Ward at Belleville General Hospital. City Police received a report that the 40-year old woman disappeared shortly after 5 o’clock yesterday afternoon…and, it was believed she was possibly trying to walk to her home in the Stirling-area. She was picked up bhy officers at 4:30 this morning.
