Belleville Police got more than they bargained for while investigating a suspicious person call on the east-hill. A neighbor spotted a man enter a residence through an upstairs window in the Victoria Avenue area, yesterday afternoon, and as a result, a marihuana grow-op was located in a bedroom. Police seized an unspecified number of pot plants and drug paraphanalia. The investigation is continuing, and a 39 year-old man is facing possible charges.
