A 34-year old man is dead after an ATV accident near Napanee. Provincial Police were called to Westplain Road in Roblin, at 4 o’clock yesterday afternoon, when the man enter a ditch and rolled. He was pronounced dead at the scene. OPP say the man wasn’t wearing a helmet and alcohol may have been a factor. Dead is Robert Kimmett, of Roblin.
