An arson charge has been laid against a 12-year-old boy in Consecon. Prince Edward County Firefighters and O-P-P responded early last evening after a small fire was set at a home in the community, but it had been put out by the time they arrived. No one was injured, and there was very little damage. The boy will appear in Belleville court today for a bail hearing.
