There have been some changes on Belleville’s Police Services Board following the surprise resignation of the Vice Chair earlier this year. City Council has selected Al Vanclief as its council appointee. The retired funeral director replaces Rick Wallace who stepped down in February. Provincial appointee Marg Wagner takes over as Vice Chair.
