Despite the financial trials and tribulations for Quinte Healthcare…it was another succesful year for the Trenton Memorial Hospital Foundation. Executive Director Wendy Warner told last night’s annual general meeting that 2-million dollars was raised and 1.3-million was used to purchase new equipment for TMH. Nearly 80-thousand dollars was presented to local community health organizations from the Kay Stafford Fund last night….highlighted by a 20-thousand dollar grant to St. John Ambulance for the purchase of a new ambulance. and, nearly 10-thousand for equipment at the Brighton Health Centre.
