Another step has been taken toward the two-point-million dollar redevelopment of Cloverleaf Drive in Belleville . The 40-property owners will be asked to pay for water and sewer services…if they don’t sign up and the city puts the services in anyway other city users would have to carry the cost until Cloverleaf owners did sign on. Councillor Jackie Denyes suggested discussing with Quinte West whether their landowners in the area want the services. A public meeting will be held later in the summer. If council approves plan after that, construction could start this fall.
