A speeding motorist in Frankford had his vehicle seized for 45 days over the weekend. A Quinte West OPP officer nabbed the driver on South Trent Street at 101 km/h in the 50-zone. A check on the driver revelaed the 32-year old Napanee man has never had a driver’s licence and is on several prohibition orders not to drive. He was charged with stunt driving and driving while disqualified and the vehicle will remain impounded for the next month-and-a-half.
