An early morning argument turned into a litany of charges for a 24-year old Belleville man. Officers were called to Pine Street and MacDonald Avenue, at 6:30 yesterday morning, in relation to a domestic disturbance and a vehicle was stopped leaving the scene. The driver blew a warn and recieved a three day driving suspension. The driver’s woes continued as a further check revealed that he was wanted by the Kingston Police Service.
