The seven members of the Community Advisory Council at Quinte Health Care have been announced.
They are Q-H-C Supervisor Graham Scott, who will be the chairperson, Lyle Vanclief, Ross McDougall, Maureen Piercy, Glenn Rainbird, Doctor Michael Shannon and Gordon Allan.
Scott chose the council, with input from community leaders, based on their commitment to Q-H-C with four sites, knowledge of the local communities and understanding of governance.
The council will help choose a new Board of Directors, replacing the former board, which was dissolved in mid-April when Scott was named Q-H-C Supervisor.
