A bit wetter than usual but about normal for temperatures in the Quinte area last month.
An offiical at the C-F-B Trenton weather office says 105 millimetres of rain fell at the base in May, 29 more than the average amount.
The average high was 17.9, just .1 degree below the long term average.
The month ended in some parts of the Quinte area with snow flurries and hail, especially north of Madoc and near Bancroft.
