Brighton officially unveils the new expansion of the King Edward Park arena today.
Mayor Chris Herrington says the ribbon cutting is set for four o’clock, and there will be tours of the community centre, lobby, dressing rooms and kitchen.
Peak Engineering was the contractor for the 2.1-million-dollar project, with half of the funding from the provincial government.
Visitors won’t go hungry, since a barbeque is also part of the grand opening celebration.
