G-Hawks roll to game 2 win – Dukes in Cobourg tonight

The Trenton Golden Hawks are half way to the OJHL North-East Conference final.

Jeremy Pullara scored twice with 2 assists while Anthony Sorrentino added a pair in Trenton’s 5-1 rout of Stouffville. After shutting out the Spirit in game one, Chris Janzen came within 5:49 of another. He wasn’t concerned that his playoff shutout run ended at 155 minutes and 50 seconds.

Which Trenton leads 2 games to none. Game 3 is tomorrow night at 7:30 at the Dunc McDonald Community Gardens.

The Wellington Dukes have had the weekend to relect on Friday’s devastating 4-3 double overtime loss to Cobourg. Wellington led by two with under 2 1/2 left in the third. Game 2 is tonight in Cobourg.
