The Quinte Saints smashed the Centennial Chargers pristine record at Saturday’s Junior Bay of Quinte Championships.
Centennial entered into the match with a 6-0 record, with the Saints toting a 5-1 season record, their one season loss was their first game and only game against the Chargers 7-6.
Gary Parcels, the Saints’ head coach called Saturday’s 33-8 trouncing of Centennial a revenge game.

“We were pumped to play Centennial today. We knew we were a good team and our first game really didn’t portray that,” he said.
One of the outstanding plays of the Saints came from forward receiver Mac Kinnear who made an impressive 85 yard run, a display that Parcels said was par for the course for the athletic junior player.
