The City of Quinte West celebrates the natural beauty of the Bay of Quinte with its latest ‘Art on the Trent’ public art installation, now on display in the outdoor art frames at Centennial Park, RiverFront Square and Frankford Tourist Park.
The new 2026 fall/winter outdoor art exhibit features the region’s unique plants, wildlife and landscapes by artists from across the Bay of Quinte region, including Conny Chalmers, Bernice Collingridge, Lesley Fox, Alicia Galambos, Kate Hayday, Paulette Kinmond, Michel Labelle, Trina Loucks, Ruth McCurdy, Kelly Nelson and Angela Wiggins.
“Art on the Trent is a great initiative that showcases local talent and highlights the importance of artistic expression in our community,” says Jennifer Rushlow, tourism officer. “I am really excited for the public to see the new artwork on display at the three Art on the Trent locations this fall and winter.”
Art on the Trent is a seasonal outdoor art exhibit that brings local and regional artwork into public spaces throughout Quinte West, creating opportunities for residents and visitors to enjoy art while exploring the community.
The 2026 fall/winter exhibit will remain on display through the spring of 2027, allowing visitors to experience the artwork as the seasons change.
