The Lorne Brooker Show continues to speak with local mayoral candidates in its Meet the Candidates segments.
Prince Edward County candidate Terry Shortt recently appeared on the show.
Shortt, who finished second in the 2022 mayoral race, is a former councillor and former owner and operator of Terry Shortt Electrical Services Ltd.
Shortt, whose family has lived in the county since the 1700s, says his platform is built on community well-being, sustainable growth, and responsible leadership.
As mayor, he would focus on bringing long-standing employment to the region.
He also wants to help council achieve balance between community, new development and tourism.
