The Wellington Dukes smashed the Lindsay Muskies 6-1 in their season-opening game at Lehigh Arena on Friday night.
Cooper Woron, Landon Marleau, Gavin Godick, Presley Kelly, Sammy Longo, and Brandon Mann scored for the Dukes.
The Dukes opened up scoring after just six minutes of play, scoring twice in the first period and twice again in the second while keeping the Muskies off the board. In the third, the Dukes scored twice again, while the Muskies scored their one and only goal of the night.
The Dukes have Saturday off, before travelling to face the Toronto Warriors on Sunday.
