Duliban Insurance Brokers Limited, a division of McDougall Insurance Brokers Limited, today announced the combination of its operations with Tripmeco Insurance Group Limited. Tripemco, located in Stoney Creek, Ontario, has significant expertise in commercial lines and programs, and specialty business. This is the third deal in 2026 for Duliban, further expanding its presence in the Hamilton area and cementing their commercial expertise and market leadership.

Vince Vaccarello, a second generation leader of Tripemco, will continue as president of the organization post-transaction and integrate with McDougall’s leadership team while Paul Vaccarello, Tripemco’s CEO, will transition into a well-earned retirement.
