Prince Edward County Council is going to be discussing how much they should be paid at an upcoming council meeting.
During Tuesday’s meeting, council is expected to decide whether to update their pay model, or keep it the same.
Alternate rates being considered are pegged to the average rates across other regional municipalities, which would result in an increase in pay for councillors and the mayor.
Council meets at 7 p.m. on Tuesday at Shire Hall in Picton.
