Prince Edward County is preparing several pop-up events over May to distribute summer passes.
The Summer Pass allows residents and taxpayers to park in designated parking spaces near the water-access points at the end of Bakker Road and County Road 20. Pass holders must use the designated spaces close to the water-access point. Those without passes are only allowed to park where roadside parking is permitted, further from the water-access point.
Pop-up events will be held at Ameliasburgh Library, Wellington Library, and Consecon Library (211 County Road 29) on May 8, 12, 14, and 15.
Residents are asked to complete an online form before picking up their pass. That form can be found on the county’s website here.
