Police are investigating after a Tent caught fire in Belleville’s east end.
Just after midnight on Tuesday, Belleville Police, firefighters, and Hastings Quinte EMS responded to reports of a tent on fire.
When police arrived, firefighters were providing medical help to a 53 year old man who was severely injured. The man was taken to Belleville General Hospital, and later to a Toronto hospital.
Members of the Belleville Police Criminal Investigation Division are investigating the incident.
