The City of Belleville is inviting vendors to submit proposals for a new seasonal mobile food premises and recreational vendor program in city parks.
Following council’s recent approval, the program will introduce mobile food premises and expanded recreational vendor offerings, such as equipment rentals, guided activities and other park-based experiences, at select locations across the city. The initiative is part of a broader review of municipal programs and aims to support vibrant, accessible and engaging park spaces for residents and visitors.
Two Requests for Proposals are now available on the city’s Bids and Tenders platform, outlining opportunities for food service providers and recreational vendors to operate in designated park areas throughout the 2026 season. The city is working toward having vendors in place by June 1, 2026, to support summer programming.
Proposals must be submitted through the Bids and Tenders platform by May 15, 2026 at 1 p.m.
