The Repeat Offender Parole Enforcement (R.O.P.E.) Squad is requesting the public’s assistance in locating a male offender.
Guy Fowler is wanted for the following offences:
- Sexual assault on a person under 16 years of age
- Sexual interference
- Sexual exploitation
- Voyeurism
- Possession of child pornography
- Makes, prints, publishes or possess for the purpose of publication any child pornography
- Imports, distributes, sells or possess for the purpose of distribution or sale any child pornography
- Fail to attend court.
Fowler is described as a Caucasian male, 63 years old, 6’2″, 280 lbs with a tattoo of a wolf on his left shoulder.
The offender is known to frequent the areas of Windsor-Essex County and Cobourg.
