UPDATE: The Repeat Offender Parole Enforcement (R.O.P.E.) Squad is advising the public that a Provincial Offender who was wanted on Provincial Warrants held by Essex County OPP, has been apprehended in Cobourg.
The Repeat Offender Parole Enforcement (R.O.P.E.) Squad is requesting the public’s assistance in locating a male offender.
Guy Fowler is wanted for the following offences:
- Sexual assault on a person under 16 years of age
- Sexual interference
- Sexual exploitation
- Voyeurism
- Possession of child pornography
- Makes, prints, publishes or possess for the purpose of publication any child pornography
- Imports, distributes, sells or possess for the purpose of distribution or sale any child pornography
- Fail to attend court.
Fowler is described as a Caucasian male, 63 years old, 6’2″, 280 lbs with a tattoo of a wolf on his left shoulder.
The offender is known to frequent the areas of Windsor-Essex County and Cobourg.
