The City of Quinte West is inviting residents to share
their ideas and priorities for the future of Hanna Park through a community survey.
Quinte West’s Parks and Recreation Master Plan recommended improvements to
Hanna Park, including amenities such as shade structures, seating, additional parking
spaces and/or more sports courts.
Community members are encouraged to complete the survey to share which amenities
are most important to them, and ideas about how the park can better serve the
community now and in the future.
The survey will be available until April 30, 2026, and is available:
● Online at quintewest.ca/HannaPark
● In person at Quinte West City Hall (7 Creswell Dr., Trenton) and the Frankford
Municipal Office (22 N Trent St., Frankford)
Feedback gathered through the survey and recommendations from the city’s Parks and
Recreation Master Plan will guide the development of a concept design for Hanna Park,
which will be shared late summer 2026.
Hanna Park is a 42-acre park located in the southwest end of Trenton. The park is
home to two multi-use tennis and pickleball courts, a playground, a basketball net,
marked nature trails and a fully enclosed, off-leash dog park.
