Home sales and the number of listings is on the rise in the Quinte region and beyond.

homes were a little lower in March than in February.

In Hastings County, 119 homes changed hands, up 45%, but the average price dropped 3.5% to $555,800.
And in Prince Edward County, 16 houses were sold, up from 11 in February. But the average price dropped almost 18% to $662,400.
