Belleville City Council will be seeing the 2025 Sunshine List at its meeting on Monday.
Fourteen more people made Belleville’s Sunshine List for 2025, compared to 2024.
The list consists of city employees earning $100,000 a year or more.
The Sunshine List started in 1996 and has not changed in nearly 30 years leaving many to believe it’s irrelevant as $100,000 in 1996
is now valued at close to $190,000 due to inflation.
