Both Quinte region OJHL teams are looking at series sweeps in their first-round playoff series.
However, one is looking at moving on in the post-season while the other is about to see its
season end.

In Game 3 on Tuesday night the Trenton Golden Hawks beat Lindsay 5-2 while the Wellington Dukes lost to Pickering 3-2.
The G-Hawks now have a three-games-to-none lead in the best of seven while Pickering has a stranglehold on its series with the Dukes.
What could be deciding Game 4s for both teams will come Friday night. Trenton will be in Lindsay at 7 o’clock and Pickering will be in Wellington for a 7:30 start.
In Jr. C playoff action on Tuesday night, Lakefield now have a two-games-to-none lead in their semifinal series with Picton, beating the Pirates 4-2.
Game 3 is in Picton Thursday at 7:30.
Meanwhile, also on Thursday, the Napanee Raiders will be in Frankford for a 7 o’clock start.
The Huskies lead the series two games to none.
