Two members of the Quinte Legion Lynx Track and Field Club had some strong performances on the weekend.
Rodney Maracle captured All-American status at the NJCAA Indoor Championships this weekend in Topeka, Kansas as a member of Central Iowa CC Tritons 4x800m relay team.
Maracle ran an opening leg of 1:56.31 seconds that propelled the team to a sixth place finish.
Maracle is a former Eastside Secondary School cross country/track athlete.

Kevin Salaudeen placed 10th at USPORT Nationals with a leap of 13.98m in Winnipeg.
Salaudeen is a former Bayside Secondary School Red Devil in track and field.
