The Belleville Senators smashed the Utica Comets 7-3 on Saturday.
Carter Yakemchuk, Tyler Boucher, Arthur Kaliyev, Olle Lycksell, Graeme Clarke, and Hayden Hodgson scored for the Senators.
The Senators opened up with two back-to-back goals before the Comets scored once. The Senators came back for one last late goal to end the first period. In the second, the Senators scored back to back again, before the Comets scored back-to-back goals of their own. In the final frame, the Senators extended their lead with two more unanswered goals to win the game.
The Senators will be back in action on Saturday, travelling to face the Hershey Bears.
