Plans are still in the works for the vacant waterfront land between Crate Marine and the Ramada Inn in Belleville but they’ve changed considerably.
At its meeting on Monday, the Planning Advisory Committee will see a rezoning application from Harbour LP to allow 19 stacked and back-to-back townhouse dwellings, a mixed-use mid-rise multi-unit building, and a low-rise multi-unit dwelling.
In total there would be 213 residential units on the almost three hectare property and 288 parking spots, along with a multi-use pathway.
The original plan, brought to the city 12 years ago, called for three 15-storey condominium buildings to be built on the land.
The committee will hear input from the public and no decision on the application will be made.

MX2-1 zone is where the development would occur.
