The Royal Canadian Air Force Museum is hosting its “Be an Aviator” event on Family Day.
According to the RCAF’s event page, participants will “earn their wings” by completing different hands-on challenges that are inspired by RCAF training methods of World War II, including:
- Wireless School (Morse Code)
- Air Navigation School (Constellations)
- Flight Training
- Civilian Defence and Air Corps (Aircraft Identification)
- Flight Engineer School (Circuits)
Activities are available from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.
All children must be accompanied by an adult.
Admission is by donation.
