The Cleveland Monsters edged the Belleville Senators 6-5 in overtime on Saturday.
Arthur Kaliyev, Garrett Pilon, Carter Yakemchuk, Jamieson Rees, and Jan Jeník scored for the Senators.
The Monsters got off to a strong start with two unanswered first-period goals. In the second, they scored two more before the Senators scored their first of the night. The senators scored a second shortly after, but the frame ended with the Monsters scoring once again. In the third, the Senators came back with three goals to tie the game, and take the teams to overtime, where the Monsters scored first and won the game.
The Senators remain on the road. They face the Rochester Americans on Wednesday.
