OPP arrested an individual wanted on multiple arrest warrants in Greater Napanee Wednesday while also seizing fentanyl and methamphetamine.
Officers with the OPP East Region Community Street Crime Unit and Lennox and Addington Detachment located the individual in the area of Mill Street East just after 9:30 a.m. and took them into custody without incident.
In addition to the drugs, police seized items associated with drug trafficking.
Kaesi Renaud, age 40 of no fixed address, has been charged with two counts of possession for the purpose of trafficking
The outstanding arrest warrants included charges for robbery and theft, as well as for failing to appear in court and failing to comply with release orders.
The accused was remanded in custody following a bail hearing Wednesday and is scheduled to appear in court again on Thursday.
