The Belleville Police Service is warning the public about yet another scam making the rounds.
Police say people are being contacted about investing in a ‘crypto exchange’ scheme. The company involved goes by the name of “Trade Galactica.”
Some residents have invested in the company only to find that their money can’t be retrieved.
Police remind people to be highly vigilant whenever dealing with financial transactions on a new platform or in an emerging company.
