A 21-year-old Belleville man has had his driver’s licence suspended and vehicle impounded after
being spotted spinning in high speed circles and causing a cloud of smoke in a Bell Boulevard parking lot.
The incident occurred at 12:30 Thursday morning.
The man was charged with stunt driving.
