The Central Hastings OPP Crime Unit continues to investigate an unsolved arson from 2020.
Early on the morning of April 11, 2020, fire crews responded to a fire at a commercial building at 2472 Stirling-Marmora Road in the village of Stirling across from the Stirling-Rawdon municipal offices and fire hall.
There were no injuries but the damage was estimated at $750,000 and three businesses in the steel clad building were displaced – Farrell Designs, Excess Storage Units and a detailing shop.
The fire was deemed an arson.
Police have reissued photos of a person of interest, as well as a vehicle, that were initially published a few months after the blaze.
