The City of Belleville is undertaking a comprehensive public transit study to look at ways to improve Belleville Transit over the next five years and beyond.
The city is asking residents to participate in the online survey about whether they take the bus or not.
Questions include how often people use public transit, why they use it, opinions on fares and what areas need improvement.
There are also questions for people who do not regularly use Belleville Transit.
The survey is open through January 23.
