The Quinte region saw a new high temperature record for April 8 yesterday, just barely.
The high recorded at CFB Trenton yesterday was 23.4 degrees, narrowly edging out the 2001 record of 21.1 degrees.
Warm temperatures are expected to continue through the weekend, with forecast highs of 17 today, 24 tomorrow and 16 on Sunday.
