It’s been an exciting year for the Hastings-Quinte Paramedic Services, as 2019 saw some exciting new ventures for the service.
Paramedic Chief Doug Socha says it was “an amazing opportunity” …the first paramedic service in Canada to work with NASA’s jet propulsion lab in California.
Socha says during 2019 they’ve worked hard with Quinte Health Care to try to decrease the number of non-life-threatening ambulance transfers between hospitals.
