There was a slowdown Friday morning during the drive to work for motorists in southern Belleville.
Shortly before 9 a.m., Belleville Police were called to the police station, where a car and truck collided in the westbound lanes.
It happened on Dundas Street, by George Street and closed traffic, forcing commuters to detour around onto Bridge Street.
No word on a cause or injuries.
Crews had to clean up a gas leak from the car.
