A fatal collision in Wallaston Township yesterday.
Shortly before noon Bancroft OPP were called to Old Hastings Road where a motorcycle had collided with a pick up truck.
Police assisted with providing first aid and CPR to the single male rider of the motorcycle, who was non-responsive.
49 year old Robert James Harris of Sackville, New Brunswick was declared deceased at the scene.
A Technical Traffic Collision Investigator with the OPP was called in to conduct further examination of the scene in conjunction with a coroner’s investigation.
Following the completion of that investigation, no charges were laid in relation to the incident.
