The Wellington Dukes made things interesting with a pair of third-period goals Friday night, but their comeback bid fell short in a 4-2 loss to the Aurora Tigers at Lehigh Arena.
Presley Kelly-Wright and Justin Doak scored for Wellington, while Dryden Riley made 24 saves.
Wellington will look to get back in the win column next Friday, November 6, when they host the St. Michael’s Buzzers.
