The Central Lakes Association of REALTORS® (CLAR) has released its September 2026 Housing Market Reports, with 1,062 home sales recorded across its six regions. Sales activity moderated across the CLAR region in September, while average sale prices reflected varying conditions among local markets.
“Sales activity is slowing as we enter the fall market, however, we continue to see fluctuations in price trends across the CLAR region based on location,” said CLAR President Christine Riley. “These differences highlight how localized real estate continues to be, and why it’s important for buyers and sellers to understand the conditions in their specific market. A REALTOR® can provide the local knowledge and insight needed to help navigate those conditions.”
