A Belleville man who was on scene seconds after bullets finished flying outside Belleville’s Synagogue has spoke to Quinte News about what he witnessed.
Darren Millar lives just a few hundred metres from the Sons of Jacob Synagogue, which sits at the corner of Bleecker and Victoria Avenue.
