Hastings County Planning and Development Committee has approved the removal of Part Lot Control from a property in Marmora and Lake.
During the committee’s Thursday meeting, the committee considered the application for the property at 2 Bursthall Street, which sought to remove Part Lot Control to allow the property to be divided into two parcels and have a semi-detached home built there.
The developer working on the property is building the homes on behalf of Habitat for Humanity.
The motion passed without debate and was forwarded to the next meeting of council for final approval.
