The Repeat Offender Parole Enforcement Squad is requesting the public’s assistance in locating a federal offender wanted on a Canada-Wide Warrant as a result of a breach of their statutory release.
Mathieu Kingsley is described as an Caucasian male, 36 years old, 5’10”, 176 lbs, with brown hair and green eyes.
Kingsley is serving a two-year and one-day sentence for;
- Break Enter and Commit
- Theft Over $5,000
- Fail to Comply with Probation Order
- Theft Under $5,000
- Fraud Under $5,000
The offender is known to frequent Hawkesbury, L’Orignal, Cornwall, Ottawa, Ontario as well as Shawinigan, Lachute, Saint-Jérôme and Sainte-Adéle, Quebec.
