A new candidate has registered to run in the upcoming Quinte West municipal election.
Kandis Hambly has submitted her papers to run for a seat on council representing Ward 2: Sidney.
Candidates are required to submit their papers to the city clerk before the end of the registry period on August 21st at 2pm.
