The City of Quinte West says that Creswell Drive at Victoria Avenue in Trenton will be closed to through traffic starting on July 21.
The closure is to allow for the next phase of the Trenton trunk sewer project.
Creswell Drive from Lorne Avenue to Queen Street will remain open for local traffic only.
Through traffic will be detoured:
- Westbound: north onto Queen Street, west onto McGill Street and south onto Lorne Avenue
- Eastbound: north onto Lorne Avenue, east onto McGill Street and south onto Queen Street
A temporary access road has been constructed for access to Kent Street and York Crescent.
The closure is expected to last approximately two weeks.
