Police in Durham Region say they have arrested and charged a suspect in a robbery and assault investigation in Orono.
Police say the suspect entered a convenience store at 5351 Main Street on April 27th, stole several bottles of liquor and
assaulted two store employees.
They say the suspect, who fled the area in a waiting vehicle, was identified and arrested in a separate break-and-enter investigation.
The 29-year-old man is being held in custody for a bail hearing.
